Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking a Field Technician 1 (FT) to deliver on-site IT support, setup, troubleshooting, and training for devices as part of the Prince William County DoIT program.

This role focuses on helping non-technical end-users, imaging computers, performing hardware refreshes, and ensuring accurate incident documentation for swift resolution. On-site work in Manassas and Woodbridge is expected.

Qualifications

• HS plus up to 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• CompTIA certification or readiness to obtain Office 365 and Windows 11 within 90 days.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site work at Manassas and Woodbridge, VA.
• Provide in-person support at 70+ County locations.
• Image new computers for deployment and perform hardware refreshes.
• Coordinate disposal of end-of-life equipment per County policies.
• Provide timely technical assistance to end-users and document incidents.
