Carilion Clinic is seeking an IT Client Support Specialist I to install and support voice and data peripherals, including PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, tablets and telephones, with on-site and remote troubleshooting. The role involves coordinating with vendors and teams to resolve incidents and assisting in small projects, while maintaining strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 2 years of experience in computer electronics, PC and/or telephony support.
• CompTIA A+, Dell Hardware Certification (WPD) required.

Responsibilities

• Installs and supports PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices and phones.
• Provides on-site and remote troubleshooting to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Interfaces with clients, vendors and teams to resolve incidents escalated from service desk.
• Performs installation and configuration of desktop hardware and peripherals across the enterprise.
