Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Perform application updates and patches, and provide floor support through regular rounding.
• Deliver excellent, personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and build trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with Field Services teams, Nursing teams, and Server teams to escalate and resolve issues.
• Clearly explain issues, solutions, and instructions to customers.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks and service appointments within scheduled timeframes.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Adjust to new technologies, tools, and varying work environments and conditions.
• Work independently on ticket resolution and troubleshooting activities.
