Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking an on-site field service professional to support complex installations and system maintenance in New York, NY. Temporary position requiring hands-on hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and customer instruction.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in field support, SCCM imaging experience, and familiarity with Windows/macOS platforms, AD, and Office. Must lift up to 40 lbs and travel onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Education and Training

• High school or G.E.D.
• Lenovo or other vendor certifications
• CompTia A+,Network+/Security+ (Preferred but not required)
