Job summary

Lutron Electronics is seeking a Field Services Specialist to join our team serving the Seattle metro area. You will be the face of Lutron at customer sites, ensuring our lighting and shading systems are commissioned and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include on-site support, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs; coordinating site visits; and collaborating with engineering, sales, and support to deliver exceptional service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years electro-mechanical field experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site customer service and technical support.
• Commission, troubleshoot, and repair Lutron systems.
• Coordinate and manage site visits with stakeholders.
• Operate independently across diverse commercial job sites.
• Support lifecycle of Lutron products, including training and upgrades.
• Act as a subject matter expert for legacy systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and support teams.
