Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in electro-mechanical or related field.
• Proficiency with Outlook/Teams and basic networking skills.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and providing customer service on job sites.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site support and technical expertise to Lutron clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the system lifecycle.
• Master the commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of all Lutron Commercial Systems.
• Coordinate and manage site visits with contractors, facility managers, and other stakeholders.
• Operate independently across diverse commercial job sites, adapting to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
• Support the full lifecycle of Lutron products, including diagnostics, repairs, user training, and system upgrades.
• Act as a subject matter expert for legacy systems and products, providing knowledgeable guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and support teams to enhance service delivery.
