Job summary

Lutron Electronics is seeking a Field Services Specialist to join the New York City area, serving as the face of Lutron at customer sites. You will ensure advanced lighting and shading systems are commissioned and maintained from initial setup through ongoing performance enhancements.

You will travel to commercial sites, perform on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and support to continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of electro-mechanical field experience.
• Proficiency with Outlook/Teams and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel 30% with valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support and technical expertise.
• Commission, troubleshoot, and repair Lutron Commercial Systems.
• Coordinate site visits with contractors and facility managers.
• Support product lifecycle with diagnostics and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and support to improve service.
