You will be the face of Lutron at customer sites, delivering expert service and solutions onsite. Responsibilities include on-site support, troubleshooting, and coordinating with contractors and facility managers to ensure correct installation and seamless operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service and technical expertise to customers.
• Commission, troubleshoot, and repair Lutron Commercial Systems.
• Coordinate site visits with contractors and facility managers.
• Work independently across diverse commercial job sites.
• Support diagnostics, repairs, user training, and system upgrades.
• Act as SME for legacy systems and guide clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and support to improve service delivery.
