Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to oversee the deployment of Automated Photo Enforcement Systems in active work zones across the state. You will report to the regional depot daily, leading 8–15 operators and ensuring 99% deployment execution and 95% issuance rates while maintaining strong customer relations.

Ideal candidates have solid technical background, customer service experience, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of increasing responsibility in operations or field services.
• Minimum 2 years of effective people leadership including coaching and developing staff.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Nlets fingerprinting background check completion.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of a team of 8–15 field operators, including hiring and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Field Service, Client Service, and Account Managers to identify improvements.
• Create weekly schedules to maximize efficiency and control costs.
• Conduct weekly field audits and maintain depot and vehicle inventory.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to ensure full system availability.
