Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, wire, calibrate, analyze and maintain automated enforcement systems in the field. You will travel to cities, work with subcontractors and ATS engineering staff to install red light cameras and speed enforcement equipment, ensuring reliable operation.

The role requires hands-on electrical and data cabling work, strong problem-solving, and documentation of service activities.

Qualifications

2+ years troubleshooting electronic components and 110V wiring.
Experience with data/video cabling.
Valid driver’s license required.
OSHA 10 certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

Perform basic electrical work, wiring, and troubleshooting of electrical and data connectivity for equipment.
Install digital camera systems on street poles, sensors, DSL and wireless communications, power & control box.
Tune/configure red light camera and speed enforcement systems in the field.
Support the installation of camera equipment in the field, often working alongside subcontractors.
Plan and manage maintenance routines.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair red light camera and speed enforcement system issues.
Maintain records of equipment inventory, assignments and service data.
Communicate with customers and subcontractors in the field.
Operate bucket truck and ladder, capable of reaching up to 32 ft and lifting 50-75 lbs.
Travel up to 75% of the time across the US.
