Job summary

TETRA Technologies, Inc. seeks a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple field-based jobs and operators at client sites. You will lead safety meetings, assign work, and ensure adherence to ES policies while driving continuous improvement in daily operations.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, a valid license, and willingness to work a rotating schedule with travel up to 15%. You must be able to operate in varying weather conditions and at heights as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Travel: 15%
• Must pass pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
• Valid Driver’s License
• Willing to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Ability to work in adverse weather, climb, work at heights and in enclosed spaces

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee various jobs and operators
• Lead safety meetings and safety training sessions at the facility and/or job site
• Provide general direction and assign work to plant operations personnel
• Promote ES policies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Resolve technical problems within operations
• Support scheduling and job planning to meet customer needs
• Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with inspections and reports
• Manage materials and personnel to meet business needs
• Make recommendations on disciplinary actions and promotions for operators on shift
