Qualifications

• 3+ years in field services or operations.
• 1+ year supervising field employees or contractors.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and make decisions.
• Experience with government/public-sector contracts.
• Experience with prevailing wage audits.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training.
• Experience working with third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Field Service Technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Plan and assign daily work to meet SLAs, uptime targets, and customer requirements.
• Monitor technician performance using KPIs and provide coaching as needed.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for field service issues and inquiries.
• Review work orders and service documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support labor planning, forecasting, and cost-control activities.
• Participate in audits related to prevailing wage, safety, and service compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and service quality.
