GardaWorld is seeking a Field Services Supervisor in Cleveland, OH to oversee daily security operations and manage client relationships. You will supervise staff, coordinate recruiting and training, and ensure compliance with post specifications and client policies.

Position requires at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma, and valid driver's license. The role includes daily client site visits within the market and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of management experience.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to various client sites.
• A valid driver's license and driving record meeting company vehicle/insurance standards.
• Availability for duties outside standard hours.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security services to ensure high standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees; be the main point of contact.
• Meet with clients regularly to address issues and provide updates.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
• Visit and inspect supervisors and security officers for compliance and proficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of post specifications, emergency procedures, and client policies.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and agreements.
• Recommend improvements for efficiency and service quality.
• Follow progressive discipline for corrective actions.
