Job summary

GardaWorld’s Field Services Supervisor role in Merriam, KS oversees daily client-site security operations across the KC market. You’ll lead a team, ensure service standards, build client relationships, and coordinate staffing, training, and on-site safety.

The position requires authorization to work in the United States, a high school diploma, and at least one year of management experience. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call weekends and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client sites.
• Valid driver's license with suitable driving record.
• Available for after-hour duties on occasion.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security services to maintain high standards.
• Build and maintain client and employee relationships; be main point of contact.
• Meet with clients regularly to address issues and provide updates.
• Participate in recruiting, training and developing staff.
• Inspect supervisors and officers for compliance and proficiency.
• Know post specifications, emergency procedures, and client policies.
• Assist in staffing, budgeting and payroll; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Follow progressive discipline for corrective actions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
