GardaWorld Security is seeking a Field Services Supervisor in the Austin, TX area to supervise daily security operations and build strong client relationships. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage staff schedules and ensure service quality.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, visiting client sites, and ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of security leadership experience.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Availability for duties outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security services to meet high standards.
• Build and maintain client and employee relationships as main contact.
• Meet clients regularly to address issues and provide updates.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff.
• Visit and inspect deployees for compliance and proficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of post specs, emergency procedures, and policies.
• Assist in staffing schedules, budgets, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and agreements.
• Recommend improvements for efficiency and service quality.
• Follow progressive discipline for corrective actions.
