Responsibilities

• Investigates and assesses customer site issues related to workmanship and products.
• Recommends replacement or repair of defective items per guidelines.
• Negotiates third party repair/adjustment and inspects completed work.
• Plans and paces work to meet daily/weekly/project goals.
• Adheres to safety procedures and participates in safety meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
