Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking an Operations Specialist to address construction service and product issues on customer sites. You will investigate workmanship, advise on replacements or repairs, and coordinate with the Customer Service team to ensure cost-effective resolutions.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and may include on-the-job training. Strong attention to detail, math/measurement skills, and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Responsibilities

• Investigates the condition of company building workmanship and products on the customer’s site.
• Recommends replacement or repair of defective products per guidelines.
• Negotiates and approves third-party repair; inspects completed work for quality.
• Plans and paces own work to meet productivity goals.
• Observes safety procedures; attends safety meetings; may suggest safety improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
