Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Support Specialist II CIP in Indianapolis to independently provide service and training for multiple Ricoh solutions.

The role includes mentoring teammates, handling customer interactions, and leading small project efforts on assigned products and services. You will perform configurations, troubleshooting, and training sessions while maintaining logs, inventory, and time records.

Qualifications

• Requires valid state driver''s license and auto insurance coverage.
• High School Diploma required; tech training or related coursework is a plus.
• Experience with computers, electronics, basic networking, and printing software is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic device management is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Configures, installs, troubleshoots, networks, maintains, and trains on products/services in designated areas.
• Collects and analyzes data to support service improvements across the region.
• Identifies opportunities to increase utilization of Ricoh equipment and services.
• Maintains on-site inventory and documentation; provides training and demonstrations as needed.
