Job summary

GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate for the Northeast region. The 2-year program develops high-potential graduates into leaders by rotating through Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles while tackling inspections, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Candidates will work from home in the Northeast, with 30–60% travel to customers and events. A mentor will guide development, emphasizing leadership and hands-on project experience within a roofing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or construction management is required.
• Previous internship, apprenticeship, or co-op in construction or roofing is preferred.
• Knowledge of building material industry especially roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections and scheduling across rotation tracks (Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, Roofing Principles).
• Travel 30–60% to various customers, events and offsite meetings in the Northeast region.
• Provide training and technical assistance to partners and communicate findings in writing to GAF owners and customers.
