GAF’s Field Services Rotational Associate-Northeast program accelerates recent graduates into leaders. You will work with key leaders across Field Services and engage in major projects, inspections, and technical training to grow your leadership and technical skills.

Based in the Northeast, the role typically operates from a home office with 30–60% travel to customers and events, supported by a dedicated mentor and manager to develop you through rotations across Field Services, Liquid Applied

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op in construction or roofing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule.
• Assist in problem resolution and written communication to GAF owners/customers.
