Job summary

GAF Northeastern Field Services is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate to accelerate your leadership development while gaining hands-on experience in residential and commercial roofing inspections, troubleshooting, and training. You will work with mentors and leaders across the Field Services Organization on major projects and strategic initiatives.

The 2-year rotational program places you in the Northeast with an in-home office and 30-60% travel to customers, events, and offsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Internship/coop or apprenticeship in construction or roofing.
• Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule.
• Assists with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
• Assists in problem resolution and complaints and provides proper written communication to GAF and GAF owners/customers.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management

Experience in construction/roofing environment (internship/co-op)
