Job summary

The Field Services Rotational Associate-Northeast at GAF is a two-year program designed to fast-track recent graduates into leadership roles. You will rotate through Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles while partnering with senior leaders on high-impact projects.

The role requires up to 60% travel, an in-home office setup in the Northeast, and collaboration with mentors to develop leadership and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment
• Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products

Responsibilities

• Assists with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections
• Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule
• Assists with leak and complaint inspections as assigned
• Assists in problem resolution and complaints and provides proper written communication to GAF and GAF owners/customers.
