You will focus on uptime, utilization, and cost optimization while coordinating with IT and sales teams. The role requires strong project management, asset management, and customer‑facing skills to improve business processes and service delivery.

• Experience in pre- and post-sales for outsourced or contracted services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for managed document services at customer sites.
• Analyze data to ensure service levels are met and drive optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales and IT departments to align Ricoh services with customer objectives.
• Lead or support MPS strategy, asset management, and monthly reporting.
