Job summary

Ricoh in San Diego seeks a Field Representative II, Print Support to maintain on-site printer fleets, monitor service levels, and train users. You will handle inventory, purchasing, and basic maintenance while ensuring quick, professional customer support.

This role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and proactive fleet optimization, with on-site responsibilities and collaboration with customers to keep devices running and meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent); additional education preferred.
• IT Help Desk support experience (application & hardware).
• Technical training and HP certifications.
• Ricoh Learning Institute coursework completed within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Meet and manage SLAs for device service and supply requests.
• Monitor fleet service and supply alerts, respond and resolve requests.
• Maintain asset lists and locations of managed devices with fleet tools.
• Support fleet optimization by identifying over/under utilized devices and exceptions.
• Escalate issues and provide timely status updates to customers.
• Adhere to IMACD processes and coordinate tasks across teams.
• Maintain supplies inventory and manage PAR levels.
• Procure printer hardware as required and manage on-site inventory.
• Provide training on Ricoh equipment and features.
• Minimize field dispatch by using support resources and escalate when needed.
• Document troubleshooting information and remote access knowledge.
• Assist in hot swap tasks and move printers with SR approval.
• Prepare and manage on-site hardware inventory and procurement.
