Job summary

DHL Express, part of Deutsche Post DHL Group, is seeking a service-center professional in Ohio to handle customer service, billing support, and shipment tracking. The role includes greeting visitors, processing documents, and coordinating daily pickup schedules with sales support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service/support or related field.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background and security checks to acquire a SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center.
• Answers phone and greets visitors.
• Resolves billing problems in relation to the Service Center.
• Research shipment tracking requests and provide feedback; resolve misplaced shipments.
• Communicates with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems.
• Assists with operational procedures including sorting, loading/unloading, shipment processing and documentation, manifesting, bagging, and accepting payments.
• Dispatches pick-up and delivery information; arranges daily pick-up schedules.
• May process/import/export documentation and assist in customs clearance in some markets.
