Job summary

Acme Cryogenics is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead the Field Service Organization, coordinate with Sr Field Service Manager, and ensure execution of policies and strategic direction. You will develop training materials for customers and staff, maintain product documentation, and support installation, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and refurbishment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 7-10 years of applicable experience.
• Field work and heavy customer contact experience is valuable.
• Technical knowledge of Acme Cryogenics products is required.
• Project or product management experience is valuable.
• Internal and external training skills are required.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tig welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to internal and external customers in all tasks.
• Ensure timely, consistent delivery and reporting of Acme Cryogenics services.
• Develop and deliver programs for staff, customers, or potential customers.
• Develop and deliver in-service training programs and measure effectiveness.
• Prepare and monitor area budgets and training objectives.
• Participate in regional service training and meetings for consistency.
• Implement strategic direction to achieve business plans for Field Service.
• Manage base costs of Field Service Hub.
• Support product warranty activities with plant operations.
• Collaborate with other Field Service Managers to optimize team use.
• Lead field service team of 5+ associates in designated area.
• Provide input on FS goals and progress to regional leadership.
• Evening/weekend work may be required when interacting with customers.
