Job summary

Acme Cryogenics in the United States is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of 5+ technicians across a defined region. You will oversee installation, preventive maintenance, and upgrades, while developing training programs and maintaining area budgets.

Responsibilities include delivering quality service, reporting on service delivery, and collaborating with regional leadership to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 7–10 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in field work and heavy customer contact.
• Must have technical knowledge of Acme Cryogenics products.
• Project or product management experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to customers and maintain Acme Cryogenics values.
• Ensure timely delivery and reporting on services purchased by customers.
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff and customers.
• Prepare and monitor area budgets and training objectives.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align field service goals.
• Lead a field service team of 5+ associates in a defined area.
