Qualus is seeking a Distribution Engineering Manager to lead and develop a dedicated engineering team while shaping technical strategy. You will manage project loads, ensure strong QA/QC, and foster relationships with senior clients to secure continued work.

You will collaborate with the Engineering Director and cross-functional teams to meet department goals, recruit and coach engineers, and drive efficient delivery across multiple client programs and locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years in management within the energy sector.
• Experience in Utility Distribution design projects.
• PE license preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide engineering supervision and leadership in support of project needs.
• Develop, nurture and maintain relationships with senior level engineering, managers, and executives at clients.
• Coordinate work with engineering offices and cross-train staff for efficiency.
• Present technical solutions to customers and respond to technical concerns.
• Oversee QA/QC, reviews and compliance with design packages.
