Job summary

Qualus Corporation is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to test, maintain, and repair low and medium-voltage equipment in the field and shop. You will contribute technical leadership and guidance during field operations and projects, ensuring quality work and safety compliance.

You will oversee testing/maintenance activities, support field crews, and collaborate with project managers to deliver results on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ related experience in power plants, industrial services, and related protection schemes.
• 4 years of industrial or commercial power systems experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Ability to read manuals and reports in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Test relays, circuit breakers, transformers, and switchgear in the field.
• Lead a crew for testing, maintenance, and repair work.
• Prepare site documents and ensure proper project setup.
• Provide weekly status reports to management.
• Assist with labor estimates and field sales support.
• Ensure safety training and compliance.
