Job summary

Associa OnCall is seeking a Field Services Manager in Chantilly to lead residential maintenance initiatives, coordinate vendors, and manage project scopes across the DMV area. You will liaise between HOA clients and vendors, drive projects to closure, and support billing and accounting tasks.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to recruit and manage subcontractors while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in residential maintenance, residential construction, or equivalent project coordination responsibilities.
• Customer service driven and team oriented.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and field teams.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures and conflict resolution techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and team members with planning and implementing maintenance projects ranging from recurring small projects to large scale multi-contractor projects.
• Partner with contractors and clients to solicit bids for jobs and contracts.
• Oversee maintenance personnel, equipment installation, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Identify and resolve maintenance, materials, supplies, and staffing problems.
• Maintain and plan the schedule, assign tasks, and hire subcontractors.
• Communicate maintenance schedules to stakeholders and review requests.
