Job summary

Associa is seeking a Field Service Director to oversee maintenance personnel across divisions, drive sales and services, and ensure overall success of the maintenance divisions to meet annual objectives and client satisfaction. Reports to Branch President with dotted line to Regional leadership.

The role requires leadership in capital projects, cost estimation, and managing vendor relationships, with a focus on safety and financial accountability within the division.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance and construction teams.
• Proven ability to bid/estimate repair projects.
• Proficient with Exactimate and similar estimating software.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with contracts and vendor agreements.
• Ability to manage P&Ls with financial accountability.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC codes and safety.
• Experience with OSHA safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance personnel across divisions and drive sales and services.
• Maintain vendor programs and establish new vendor relationships.
• Coordinate capital and reserve study projects and cost estimates.
• Work with community managers and board members on budgets and funding.
• Prepare project plans, bids, and provide progress updates.
• Ensure safety compliance and staff training.
• Review payments and project closeout activities.
• Provide regular communication to stakeholders.
