Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Field Services to lead and support the TOP Field Services team across all US locations, ensuring high-quality movie operations and standardized Theater Systems practices.

The role requires strong people leadership, cross-functional collaboration with theatre operations and corporate partners, and regular travel with availability outside normal hours. Based in the Plano, TX corporate office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years leading teams across multiple locations.
• Experience with Theater Systems and SaMS is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Theater Systems Technicians and Field Services staff across the United States.
• Recruit, hire, develop, coach, evaluate, and retain talent.
• Oversee staffing strategies, succession planning, training effectiveness, and performance management.
• Ensure SaMS standards are consistently applied; conduct site visits and audits.
• Manage Field Services budget, travel, maintenance, and forecasting.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of Theater Systems equipment; vendor coordination in repairs/upgrades.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance and act as SME for complex Theater System issues.
