Cinemark is seeking a Manager, Field Services based in Plano, TX. Lead and support TOP Field Services across the United States to ensure consistent high-quality movie operations and guest experiences.

You’ll drive standardization, manage SaMS and Theater Systems, staffing, budgeting, and preventive maintenance while coordinating with theatre operations and corporate partners. The role requires travel and availability outside normal hours for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of POS and SaMS systems.
• Understanding of Digital technology; TMS servers, network switches.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Theater Systems Technicians and Field Services teams across the US.
• Recruit, hire, develop, coach, and retain talent; manage staffing and performance.
