Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six (6) years installation or related experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience required.
• Completion of Truss Technician Training Levels I and II certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the schedule for replacement and repair activities at customer sites.
• Maintains strong relationships between customers and field repair staff.
• Resolves complex issues with field services personnel.
• Develops monthly productivity and costing reports for management.
• Performs quality control checks and surveys customers on service quality.
• Negotiates contracts with third party repair/adjustment services and monitors work quality.
• Ensures adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Manages department to achieve budget and financial goals.
• Supervises and develops staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
