Job summary

DHL Express is hiring a Field Service Lead to provide operational management and support at a service center, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery handling while complying with safety, security, and company policies.

The position requires high school education, customer service experience, strong communication skills, and MS Office proficiency. FAA/TSA/CBP background checks are required for SIDA badge eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service/support or related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background checks for SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center.
• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• Resolve billing problems related to the Service Center.
• Research shipment tracking requests and help resolve misplaced shipments.
• Communicate with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems.
• Assist with procedures including sorting, loading/unloading, documentation and payments.
• Dispatch pick-up and delivery information and arrange schedules.
• Assist with import/export documentation and customs processes in some markets.
