Qualifikationen

• High School Degree or Equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service/support or related field.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must pass FAA, TSA, and CBP background and security checks to obtain a SIDA badge.

Aufgaben

• Provides customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center.
• Answers phone and greets visitors.
• Resolves billing problems in relation to the Service Center.
• Research shipment tracking requests and provide feedback; attempt to resolve misplaced shipments.
• Communicates with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems.
• Assists with operational procedures including sorting, loading/unloading, shipment processing and documentation; manifesting, bagging, and accepting/securing payments.
