Compunnel Inc. in the United States seeks a field engineer to execute site project management and provide technical leadership during installations.

You will handle commissioning, start-up, pre-planning, scheduling, and handover to ensure quality installations and on-time project delivery. The role requires 2-3 years of field engineering experience, strong troubleshooting of field devices, control systems and networking issues, and solid customer service, communication, and computer skills.

• 2-3 years of field engineering experience in a related industry.

• Address customer service requests and lead issue resolution during warranty and post-warranty periods.
• Perform pre-planning, site scheduling, field engineering activities, commissioning, control system startup, and project handover.
• Coordinate with project managers, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality installations, timely project completion, and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer call-out service requests.
• Manage relationships with customers, business partners, and suppliers during installation, commissioning, and startup phases.

• Prior mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
