Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Must pass background checks to obtain a SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center.
• Answer phones and greet visitors.
• Resolve billing problems related to the Service Center and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate pick-up schedules and manage documentation and payments.
• Assist with import/export documentation and customs in some markets.
