Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an experienced leader to serve as the primary customer contact for services and maintenance across a designated region in the United States. The role emphasizes strong technical oversight, regional knowledge, and the ability to guide teams while ensuring high-quality support.

The candidate will manage a team, develop talent, and coordinate with internal functions to deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher with medical services experience required.
• Leadership experience in technical teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to work from home in a dedicated office space with reliable internet.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact to customers for timely resolution of concerns across regional product/service lines.
• Maintain knowledge of region/coverage/product lines and coordinate with internal teams.
• Establish and maintain ongoing technical and business support to customers in designated region.
• Possess people leadership responsibility including staffing and performance development.
• Apply technical experience and analytical thinking to support policy/strategy and decision making.
• Lead small projects with low risk and resources; guide teammates toward consensus.
