Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services.
• Maintain knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, and liaise with internal functions to support the customer.
• Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area.
• Lead small projects with low risks and guide team to consensus around topics within field.
• Use in-depth knowledge to execute policy/strategy and adapt solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external sources to arrive at decisions and support customers.
