Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Field Director Services (FDS) to lead a multi-district services team across a large geographic area in the United States, including DSMs, AMMs, BIMs, SMs and RPMs. You will drive profitability, oversee the installation experience, and develop high-performing field staff.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated proficiency in predictive modeling, data mining and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Regularly engages with field leadership and regional teams to ensure field connectivity.
• Services Leadership - Drive profitability, lead selling and operational skills, analyze sales, financial and operating metrics, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Talent Management - Oversee talent decisions and retention strategies for a large, geographically dispersed team.
