Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a District Services Manager to drive Services sales growth by managing Service Providers and aligning with the Home Services organization. You will oversee sourcing, onboarding, expansion, contraction, and performance reviews to ensure service standards and customer satisfaction.

You will lead provider audits, develop improvement plans, coordinate store support, and mentor site teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in retail store environment or construction preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service provider lifecycle from sourcing to termination.
• Lead partnership reviews and ensure SLAs and compliance.
• Support store relationships and manage escalations.
• Coordinate training, events, and provider performance reviews.
