Invitation Homes is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Field Services in Tempe, AZ to provide administrative support, customer service, and maintenance solutions to residents and partners. Responsibilities include monitoring dashboards, scheduling, handling resident concerns, and coordinating utilities and evictions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Experience in property management or maintenance industry is helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards and task center daily to ensure efficient response times.
• Manage the maintenance technician and/or superintendent schedules and assignments for optimal efficiency.
• Serve as first contact for maintenance-related resident concerns and coordinate with internal teams for action.
• Review and approve/decline work orders within approval limits, verifying scope, documentation, and pricing.
• Coordinate vacant utility issues to ensure timely activation.
• Manage eviction schedules and personal property holds; coordinate eviction clean-outs and removals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
