Job summary

Invitation Homes is hiring a Customer Service Representative – Field Services to deliver administrative support and resident-facing service in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor dashboards, coordinate maintenance teams, and resolve issues with internal partners to ensure timely repairs and effective communication.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in customer service or administration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative tasks.
• Experience in property management or maintenance is helpful.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and customer service to residents and partners.
• Coordinate schedules and assignments for maintenance staff.
• Serve as first point of contact for maintenance related concerns.
• Review and approve/decline work orders within limits, verifying scope and pricing.
• Assist in coordinating utilities and eviction-related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
