Invitation Homes in Dallas, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Field Services to provide administrative support, respond to resident needs and coordinate maintenance and turn/rehab tasks. You will monitor dashboards, schedule technicians, serve as the first contact for maintenance concerns, review work orders, and help ensure timely utilities activation.

The role offers a competitive benefits package and a salary range of $17.90–$31.03 per hour, with potential discretionary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or administrative functions.
• Experience in property management or maintenance industry is helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards and task center daily to ensure timely responses to work requests and communications.
• Manage daily schedules and assignments for Maintenance Technicians and/or Superintendents for efficiency.
• Serve as first point of contact for maintenance-related resident concerns and coordinate with internal teams for corrective action.
• Review and approve/decline work order proposals within approval limits, verify scope, documentation and pricing.
• Assist in researching and coordinating vacant utility issues to ensure timely utility activation.
• Manage eviction schedules and personal property holds; coordinate eviction clean-outs and/or removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
