Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance and turn dashboards and task center daily to ensure timely responses.
• Manage daily schedules and assignments for maintenance staff to maximize efficiency.
• Serve as first contact for maintenance-related resident concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Review and approve/deny work orders within approval limits, ensuring scope and pricing are correct.
• Coordinate vacant utility issues to ensure timely activation; assist with eviction schedules as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
