Invitation Homes LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Field Services to provide administrative support, exceptional resident service, and maintenance solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role includes monitoring dashboards, managing technician schedules, and handling resident concerns with internal coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, proven customer service experience, strong organization, and solid verbal and written communication skills,

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative functions.
• Experience in the property management or maintenance industry is helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards and task center daily to ensure timely responses to work requests.
• Manage daily schedules and assignments for Maintenance Technicians and Superintendents.
• Serve as first point of contact for maintenance-related resident concerns and coordinate with internal teams.
• Review and approve/decline work order proposals within authorization limits.
• Assist in researching and coordinating vacant utility issues to activate utilities promptly.
• Coordinate eviction schedules and handle personal property holds and removals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
