Job summary

Verifone is seeking a Field Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day field service activities, including scheduling, dispatch, and tracking across installations and break-fix work.

You will coordinate with providers, technicians, and customers to ensure timely delivery, adherence to SLAs, and smooth rollout of new sites. The role emphasizes organized, calm, and responsive operational support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in field services, dispatch, and project/installation coordination.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with providers, technicians, and customers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple work orders and installation schedules.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, make quick decisions, and balance customer needs with operations.
• Experience with service management systems, dispatch tools, ticketing platforms, and dashboards preferred.
• Familiarity with SLAs and milestone tracking in field operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day field service activities across project installations and break-fix service.
• Schedule, dispatch, reschedule, and track execution of field work.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with SLAs, milestones and customer expectations.
• Serve as the primary communication point between service providers, technicians, internal teams and customers.
• Support site rollouts and issue resolution as needed.
