Job summary

Washington State University seeks a Program Coordinator to support the College of Education by handling inquiries on field services and certification. You will help maintain records, assist with practicum placement across campuses, and support background clearance processes for placements in WA public schools.

The role is full-time and based in Pullman, WA, with duties including document creation, coordination with the Director of Field Services, and collaboration with Student Services.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
• Two (2) years of experience in records management or equivalent experience
• Preferred: proven organizational skills in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student, faculty and staff inquiries regarding field services and certification.
• Assist in maintaining complex records and creating various documents.
• Provide program support associated with multi-campus, state-wide practicum placement.
• Assist in completing background clearances required for placement in Washington public schools.
