Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
• Two years of experience in records management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student, faculty and staff inquiries regarding field services and certification.
• Assist in maintaining complex records and creating various documents.
• Collaborate with the Director of Field Services and Certification to provide program support across multi-campus, state-wide practicum placement.
• Assist in completing background clearances required for placement in Washington public schools.
